As mentioned, Victoria Place will feature 1, 2, and 3-bedroom residences. The building will feature the same floor plate for all residential floors 6-40. The residences at Victoria Place will feature generous 9ft high ceilings and the top three floors will have 10ft high ceilings. The building will also have 2 different vestibule areas and a center room (with the trash shoot, stair case, and freight elevator) that connects the two areas. The amenity area at Victoria will be unlike anything you have seen thus far in Ward Village.
