Tower Floor Plate & Floor Plans

As mentioned, Victoria Place will feature 1, 2, and 3-bedroom residences. The building will feature the same floor plate for all residential floors 6-40. The residences at Victoria Place will feature generous 9ft high ceilings and the top three floors will have 10ft high ceilings. The building will also have 2 different vestibule areas and a center room (with the trash chute, stair case, and freight elevator) that connects the two areas. With the 2 different areas, you will essentially have 2 elevators to service the front 4 units and 2 elevators to service the back 6 units. 

The sizes of the units here are well thought out and larger than Koula's. Victoria Place does not have lanais, but they do have front facing Juliette balcony glass windows that open up to as much as 12ft.
